Over bearing mothers/MIL’s

Guys. What the heck. My mother and MIL are not respecting my boundaries. I’m struggling really bad right now with staying cool calm and collected. I cant even be around my mother without me getting super stressed out and angry. Any advice?? Examples are they don’t agree with what my husband and I want. My mom thin...

MIL calling my baby a fibber

Hey girls, please tell me if I’m overreacting, but I’m getting annoyed by my MIL repeatedly calling my 9 month old baby a ‘fibber’. It’s mainly when I’ve left them in a room alone together and as soon as I come back my baby looks at me and cries for me to pick her up. My MIL instantly says ‘oh you’re such a fibber’ ...

Disagreements with partner re baby stuff.

Anyone else having disagreements with their partner and not always sure how to manage it? It’s normally minor stuff, like what car seat or pushchair to get and we’re just not agreeing. But can sometimes be bigger topics. Not sure how best to resolve them and worried that they’ll be so many more!

Is it wrong to feel this way… anybody else felt like this

Me and my bf recently started doing exchanges with our 6 month olds. It’s hard being away from my baby for those 2 days. The relationship with me and my bd is not the best at all. I don’t think it could ever work between us from everything that has happened both on his part and mine. I often think to myself when he ...

Tears after birth

Hi I had my little boy 8 days ago. During the birth I had a second degree tear. My midwife has looked at my stitches and says everything is fine but I’m finding it sore to sit or move and walk around. I know the healing process will take a bit of time. Any ideas on how long the discomfort will last and when I might ...

Can’t stand my husband

3 months postpartum and I’ve been hoping this feeling would go away, but it’s just getting worse. I just can’t stand being around him, talking to him, sleeping next to him, or being touched 90% of the time. Before baby we had a good relationship, not perfect, but I definitely didn’t feel this way. Now it’s not even ...
