Same with me both times was different, I had a 10 year gap though… my second my bleeding stopped at nearly 4 weeks and stitches was healed more or less within 3 weeks but I felt a lot more tighter for a few weeks after I just washed myself with after every wee and bowel movement, you also can get some stuff from “my expert midwife” like spritz for bitz or soak for bitz meant to help!!! Congratulations hunny! Hope your okay and soaking it all in 🩷

It’s will be different for everyone. Both times for me it’s been different for both bleeding and the healing of my stitches. Bleeding for my 1st was about 2wks bleeding with my 2nd was on and off for 10wks stitches 1st about 8wks but I did get an infection 2nd child stitches took about 3wks to stop feeling uncomfortable but I’m guessing the bleeding and having to wear pads for so long didn’t help
