I'm nearly 9 weeks and still haven't seen a midwife (apart from early pregnancy one cause I had an early scan cause was paranoid) is anyone else still waiting should I call them or? I hate all the waiting in the first trimester haha ❤️

Just had an appointment with my midwife and she freaked me out about what’s going to happen if I ignore doing perineal massage. Is it really that bad if you don’t do it ? Has everyone done it in their pregnancies? As different people tell different things Thanks xxx

I’m so confused. Tried it the first time today. Am I supposed to insert my fingers into my vagina, like where intercourse is done? Or around the vagina and stretch it towards the perineum? Help please. Thank you
