Midwife triage callback

Called at around 6pm about a persistent urine infection- midwife said they needed to pass it on to a doctor and would get back to me by 8pm. I called back around 8.30 and was told it was still being investigated. It’s now almost 10pm with no callback. Do I call again or wait for them to call me? Do I just go into triage? Starting to feel pushed aside by them and just generally silly for pestering them 🫣
