I’ve recently just moved house and told the DVLA to change my address on my provisional license and they told me to send the old one back. Do i need to send the old one back before the new one arrives, it’s only a provisional that i use for my ID so should i send it back now or wait?

Please is it normal to see your period 3 months postpartum and then all of a sudden not see it at 6 months postpartum. So to be clear period came back at 3 months lighter than before baby but definitely period, it was regular for 2 months and on third month no period and definitely not pregnant

Has anyone tried doing a sugar free week or month before and got any tips on how to get through it? As well as weight loss, sugar makes my eczema flare up on my hands and face but despite this I am so addicted. I would really like to try and cut it out for a week or longer just to give my skin a break.
