Clary sage oil
Is anyone thinking of using this towards the end of pregnancy? What week can we use it from and how is it best used?

I used it from 37 weeks and it gave me tightening but still induced and delivered at 41+1
Does the clary sage induced tightening cause any distress for the baby?

I used it from week 38 in a diffuser or the bath. I really loved the smell of it and it did make me have a lot more braxton hicks but both of my babies got to 42weeks
