Hey mamas, obvs this can be embarrassing, so hopefully someone doesn’t mind talking about it! I’m super bathroom shy, so I’ve been terrified to go to the doctor… I’m about 16 months PP and have been dealing with urgency and incontinence issues. At first I thought it was normal and would go away, but now that I’m ov...
Hello ladies need a little advice please. When did you start using soap down there after a tear/episiotomy, just feel so groggy just using water and wanted to make sure I can. Also when did you shave, not shaving is irritating the hell out of me 😅😅😅
Has anyone tried the letrozole protocol for a FET rather than estrogen and progesterone?
Hi everyone, really pleased to have found this group as I’m not sure what to do. Sorry for the long post! I h...

What are you all doing?! I may or may not be done having kids but know I want to wait at least 3 years. I didn’t like how I felt on hormonal pills.

Hey! 👋🏼 I am new to the app and also the first time me and my husband are TTC. I have been on the pill for a good few years (6 or 7) I have given myself breaks at time to allow my body to have periods. When I have stopped the pill they have come back and have been 4/5 days and pretty spot on using the Flo app. I…
For EBF and those taking the mini pill, when did your period come back? With my first baby, I got a Nexplanon implant at my 6 week appointment and was bleeding 3/4 weeks every month (what I called inverse periods) immediately until I had it removed 4 months later. So far I’m 3 months post partum and no period.
Random question but my husband thinks it’s weird that I stand to wipe after I’ve done either a number 1 or 2? Am I the only one?!
