Flo App

Hey! 👋🏼 I am new to the app and also the first time me and my husband are TTC. I have been on the pill for a good few years (6 or 7) I have given myself breaks at time to allow my body to have periods. When I have stopped the pill they have come back and have been 4/5 days and pretty spot on using the Flo app. I have had two periods since coming off my pill permanently and they seem to be the same, lasting 4/5 days. Has anyone just used the Flo app and their ovulation window? TIA❤️

Im using the flo app and it seems good but it is just a guideline really, it changes depending on the info you input onto it. I think most people tend to use OPKs and/or track their BBT to be more accurate. Ive found that flo gives a different ovulation day to natural cycles which i use track my peak and BBT on x

I use the Flo app and find it so helpful. Used it for years and when we started TTC I noticed it would estimate my periods and ovulation perfectly and we managed to conceive really quick by having sec every other day from the end of my period and after the ovulation window so sounds positive for you 🥰 best of luck lovely xx

Flo app was always off for me. Fell pregnant first month using premom & ovulation tests 🥰

How does the ovulation test work ? Never used it

I use Flo and Natural cycles. They're a day or 2 out from each other on dates but practically spot on x

@Onyee the tests identify the rise in hormones (known as an LH surge or hitting your peak) just before you release an egg, so you know when you should have sex to get pregnant. You can get the strips online in bulk fairly cheap, id recommend testing twice a day so you dont miss your peak. If the test line is as dark or darker than the control line then youd be at your peak and should have sex. If test line is not as dark against the control line then keep testing until you hit your peak.

Thank you everyone ❤️
