Found out today I have GD and I’m completely shocked as I feel like I eat a balanced diet and I go for walks with my toddler regularly. Has anyone else experienced this? I do love my sugary snacks but I’m very mindful of how much I eat 😥

I am struggling to keep my numbers on target and I am ALWAYS hungry scared to eat anything. It seems that everything fruits, veggies, cheese spikes my sugar.
