I self-referred at 4 weeks pregnant (literally two days after finding out lol) and got an instant email that I’d hear back within two weeks. I think it ended up taking around 10 days for them to get back to me with an appointment date, which was for when I was around 7 and a half weeks pregnant. I think they don’t really like to see you before 8 weeks as the chances of an early miscarriage are a lot higher, so booking appointments tend to be scheduled for when you’re between 8-10 weeks pregnant

When you self referred did they give you a timeline for when they’d get back? If not I think it’s worth calling the hospital’s EPU and asking for an update
Within 4 working weeks but mine was quicker than that
One month, found out I was pregnant in June, first appointment was July
