It is low. Not good, not bad. Only means baby is engaged. Ask your midwife on your next apt ☺️ I had bad menstrual like cramps front and back Sunday night and yesterday morning bump felt super full and heavy down low and I have so much discomfort moving, so I feel that baby is engaged. Online it says FTM get their babies engaged between 34-38 weeks at most times. Multiple times mums close to labour.

It looks like the baby dropped. This happened to me, and the next day, I gave birth, lol. Go talk with the doc and stay off your feet as much as possible!!
