I got my LH peak today and I’m just wondering if me and my partner have BD too much or not enough? We BD on the 1st, we didn’t on the 2nd, then we BD on the 3rd, 4th and 5th. Then we didn’t on the 6th. Then we BD on the 7th, 8th and 9th (today) have we done it too much or should we also do it tomorrow to make sure?🤷🏻‍♀️🫶🏻

It’s enough to BD every other day. Unless you want to do it more of course. There is no such thing as too much sex, it won’t negatively impact your chances, it’s the opposite.
