What to do with BV

I’m constantly getting BV .. I don’t have sex . It’s been 1 year since the last time I did anything .. I took medication for it and it keeps coming back . My doctor says it’s normal to be prone to it . But I don’t want to constantly have to go back to clear it up. What can I do at home ?

Contraception

If you know you’d like a second/another baby, have you gone back onto contraception? If so, what was your choice? We’d like to start trying for our second when little one turns 2, so I haven’t gone back onto any contraception and decided to use condoms, but the nurse said that’s not a good idea? Just wondered what o...

RIGEVIDON contraceptive pill

Since starting these pills I’ve noticed low mood, changes in appetite, tender boobs. Symptoms that are similar to early pregnancy. I’m wondering if any of you ladies have had similar side effects and if so do they subside with time? I’m only on my second packet and already thinking of stopping them.. xo

Is this True ?

I’ve seen a post on Instagram of a mum saying why did no one tell her that you don’t have to use wipes for a nappy change if it’s just pee? I’m wondering is this actually true & do some mums do this? I always use wipes for every nappy change regardless if it’s just wee.

Melatonin and Estradiol

I'm preparing for my second IVF cycle. In the book, 'It starts with the egg', melatonin 3 weeks before egg retrieval is recommended. I am also taking Estradiol during this time. I've read melatonin can lower estrogen levels which defeats the usage of Estradiol. Anyone used both together? Anyone decided not to? I'd l...

Irregular menstrual cycle

So I’m 7+ months postpartum, and only had my period once, 3 months ago. I’m on birth control (nexplanon) so I don’t think it’s pregnancy, but I had menstrual symptoms but no bleeding. What can it be? The arm implant? Or is your body off completely for some time after giving birth?
