Is this True ?

I’ve seen a post on Instagram of a mum saying why did no one tell her that you don’t have to use wipes for a nappy change if it’s just pee? I’m wondering is this actually true & do some mums do this? I always use wipes for every nappy change regardless if it’s just wee.

I'd always clean baby at every change - you could use water and a cotton pad if not a wipe... maybe that's what she meant?

I’ve read the same.

Id just be taking advice from the professionals rather than a Instagram/influencer but I've also heard this (prob on Tiktok 😂). I'll be wiping my baby every time x

I don't bother wiping for a nighttime change and it hasn't done him any harm. Only one change a night and he wakes up less if I'm not putting a cold and wet wipe on him!

Yes true, no need to be using a wipe with pee. Pur LO was getting sore from the wipes even when I bought sensitive. We started using cotton wool and water but what a bloody faff.

No wipes at night time for wee and in morning routine give a thorough clean with wipes x

We don’t use wipes for a wee, did it with my eldest and it just made him so sore with the constant wiping

I don’t use a wipe in the night for a wee but I do through the day x
