BV

Hello lovelies! For those that has BV or at times uses things like feminine wash and the boric acid stuff, how often do you use it? I have the feminine wash with boric acid in it. It states it can be used daily, which of course I don't. I mainly use after sex or maybe once-twice a week. But, now, I kinda feel like I used it too much in a weeks time, because now there is like an odor. Then again, may be due to my 🔴bout to start. Yessss, before you come at me stating that it's a self cleaning oven, I get that.. Some ovens still needs help. But, i normally jus use soap, but at times I use that to "help" my ph level jus in case. Cuz being a female, the least lil thing, can throw it off.

I stopped using the ph wash and started using wipes after using the toilet. It seemed to help me more and cause less issues than the wash

@Sarah what kind of wipes? If u dnt mind me asking? Like the reg "flushable" wipes?

Like Water Wipes for adults. Really any that are limited chemicals and fragrance free. Anything labeled for PH balance can actually create problems just as much as they are meant to fix them. Using any "free" wipes helps just to remove any excess bacteria, discharge, etc. to help lessen the chances of a BV episode

I've, in my early 20s, used the ph balanced stuff to clean the insides so I gets it. Lol I use it as a full body wash now during every shower (on my son too) so I have no complaints about the product itself. I used to get BV relatively often though and it helped. I just went to the hospital and said hey, I think I got BV and they got me a prescription after the swab (sometimes with prophylactics for STDs, the ass shot sucks). When I'd have sex, the slip out (cause ya girl was manic ASF and gushy 🤣) and reenter was what would fuck me up. I'm assuming from dropping down and sliding against anus before hitting the bed. My current partner, I've never had that issue with though. BV, not the slip out. Lmao though I rinse my innards after sex. But idk anything about boric acid so I prolly can't help much there. Idk how that affects anything.

Do not use any soaps or washes down there, just water. Soap can be used for the back door area though but very minimal amount and make sure it does not overflow to the front area😎also shaving creams in that area is a no no as they also contain soap.

Boric acid suppositories are fine to use before and after the period when you feel discomfort
