Has anyone got through the early 5am wakings? What did you do? Nothing I'm trying is working. Earlier andlater bedtimes, shortening naps, extending wake windows / shortening wake windows. Nothing can get her sleep past 5 30am she has woke up crying and tired but can't get back to sleep. I need help
When you LO’s wake in the night do you give them milk? How are you settling them? Milk is what works for my girl but worried she’s got use to it now and that’s why she is waking up
Does anyone’s baby completely refuse naps now ? My baby boy is 17 weeks and he doesn’t go down on his usual nap time and his wake windows exceeded 2hr mark
Trying to see if I can make night sleep better
Tonight is the 2nd night (not in a row) that I’ve heard one of my twins weeping in her sleep. Like she’s crying in a dream but not in real life. I know it’s possible for adults but never heard of it with infants nor have I experienced it with my son or my other twin. Idk if I should be concerned???
Is anyones new born a very noisy sleeper, grunting and groaning when they are put down but when he sleeps on me..... silent. Ahhhh why is this, i cant sleep with the noise but then i cant sleep with him lying on me
Hey guys, so I’m getting my Nexplanon removed and wanted to ask should I get the day off to do it or work 4 hours after it’s removed? I work with babies so I am holding babies a lot.
Who else’s newborn does not want to sleep ? 😩 she was up last night at 2 am didn’t want to sleep and then she’s fighting it today again but it’s not 2 am right now! What do you try to do? Baby is full and burped and clean diaper! What else can it be ? First time mom here !!
My daughter wakes 6-9x a night. She tends to self soothe back to sleep - but can anyone suggest how we may stop the wakings? Do babies that “sleep through” have 0 wakings at all? Also - the dummies roll out of her cot. How can we keep them in as I go In and fetch them out from under the cot. There’s 5-6 in the cot t...
Any advice with getting them to settle in next to me crib please
Next month, I will be staying at my grandma's for one night with my baby, who will be 10 months at that point. We have only ever coslept. We tried the bassinet and pack n play and he just did not like either. My parents have set up an air mattress for everyone who has been staying at my grandma's. I'm just not sure...
We have always rocked or held our son to sleep at night and transferred him to the crib once he’s asleep. He sleeps through the night fine and has been since he was 13 months old (thank goodness, it was a rough first year). But I’m due in less than two months with another little boy and we are considering trying to ...
How involved is your partner in bedtime with your LO? Do you take it in turns? Do it together? You do it alone every night? I just realised that going to the bedroom to put LO down has unspokenly become my role and partner just gets to sit up downstairs alone relaxing, which I literally have never done unless I put...
When I’m at home I use a pillow to bf, but I can’t take the pillow out with me as it’s quite big. When bf outside, I find it quite hard as my baby is getting heavier and my wrists/arms are pathetically weak 😂😭 so I struggle to support him. Any advice or ideas?
12 weeks as of yesterday and she rolled over from her back to stomach today. She went from laying on the back, to her side and then flipped to her stomach. Should I be concerned this is too early?!
She’s been doing this for the last few days, she sleeps for around an hour or two and wakes up. Then she doesn’t go back to sleep, I’ve tried everything but she just stays up for hours. It’s currently 2.30am and she has to be up at 7 for nursery, if I look at her, she’ll pretend to sleep but otherwise she’s just loo...
Any other mamas still have their LO in a bedside bassinet? My LO just started rolling back to belly today and now I feel like it’s time we transition him out of his bedside bassinet but I’m sooooo not ready for him to be in his own room. I also think he is about to hit the max weight capacity of his bassinet anyway....
When do babies start sleeping through the night
My LO is almost 17 weeks old & I’m really struggling to get some sort of routine set up. When or how do I start getting into a routine? Because atm I’m just winging it, feeding her when she’s asking for milk & she sleeps when she wants to. Maybe I’m being hard on myself but I just feel like I’m constantly exhausted ...
Baby 6 months and a half I put her down on her back in crib but she goes on her side to sleep is it okay and safe ?? For her to sleep that way she also started since yesterday sleeping on stomach during night as she rolls just an anxious mommy !
