Bedside bassinet

Any other mamas still have their LO in a bedside bassinet? My LO just started rolling back to belly today and now I feel like it’s time we transition him out of his bedside bassinet but I’m sooooo not ready for him to be in his own room. I also think he is about to hit the max weight capacity of his bassinet anyway. How did you handle the transition if you’ve already moved your LO into their own room?

Mine is rolling but still in the bassinet. We will moving to crib soon though

Yeah mine started rolling a bit ago but he's still in his bassinet he'll stay there until 6 months like I did with my other two. Even then the transition was difficult, for me not them lol

Mine is. You can put a pack n play there till 6 months

I just started thinking about this too and am torn about having to transition my girls. I am not ready for them to be sleeping on their own 🥹

I put my little girl in her pack and play in the room with us. We want to keep her rooming in until 6 months! Also not looking forward to having her in a different room 🥺

We are transitioning to a crib in our room. We didn’t install the one side and put it against our bed so it’s like a cosleep crib. We still have the bassinet for nights she wakes up crying and uncomfortable but it’s been rare.

I tried switching my daughter like a month ago and I was not sleeping especially after her sleeping through the night since 7weeks she would wake up 3am on the dot the moment I used the bassinet again she was fine I'm thinking of trying to put her in the bassinet in her room to get her slowly transitioned

My little guy outgrew his bassinet at 3 months but I want him in our room until 6 months! We don't have enough space to bring his nursery crib in our room so we ordered the mini crib from delta children for $99 and we love it! Folds up easy too!

My baby grew out if bassinet at 3 months. And Before we transitioned our baby to crib we started putting him in his crib solely for naps during the day. When it was time to move him he was so familiar with the space that it went so smoothly and he’s been in his crib ever since! Best of luck to ya! :)
