Weeping while asleep
Tonight is the 2nd night (not in a row) that I’ve heard one of my twins weeping in her sleep. Like she’s crying in a dream but not in real life. I know it’s possible for adults but never heard of it with infants nor have I experienced it with my son or my other twin. Idk if I should be concerned???

My son cries in his sleep too, he also laughs and babbles! I wouldn’t worry!

@Zoe okay it kinda freaked me out at first then I’m like omg is something wrong and is her body not waking her brain up or something 😭

@Hannah My daughter also does this randomly every once in a while (it's probably only happened like 3-4 times in her life). My previous Googles have assured me that while it isn't common, it does happen. If it's just happening occasionally and not consistenly, it's not something to be too concerned about. Likely not bad dreams as they don't have those until around 2. It could be a transition between sleep cycles or even teething pain!
