We’ve tried: * Following sleepy cues, didn’t work so tried schedules… didn’t work * Pulled forward her bedtime from 830 to 7-8pm each night… hasn’t worked * We let her sleep when she needs to sleep for as long as needed, didn’t work so we capped naps to scheduled lengths… didn’t work * Played with the wake window le...

My baby has started the last 4 nights waking 40/50 minutes after going down and usually when she's done this in the past as soon as I pick her up she falls back asleep in my arms and goes back down but the last 4 nights she's hysterical, does a 3/4 hour wake window despite being knackered and then goes back down for...

So my 3 year old comes up to our bed in the night, usually around midnight. We have a huge bed and he sleeps on my side yet my husband doesn’t like him coming in our bed. To me I have no problem with it, he wakes up and wants to come for cuddles and goes straight back to sleep. I get that it’s like a routine for him...

Anyone else in the early wake up crew at the moment? 😮💨 The last month or so, she's been waking between 3-5am. She doesn't want a bottle, can't settle her back to sleep. It's like she's wide awake and ready to start the day but then by 7-8am, she's yawning and ready to go back sleep! Before this, she would…
I was looking at this bedside cot instead of the Snuz as we are likely to have a tall baby so it will last longer and it folds up nicely to use as a travel cot. However, I read quite a few reviews that say it sits on a slant and that they have woken up with their babies having slid to the end of the cot with their f...

How do you get your baby down for a nap? I feel like we’ve got into a bad routine where I put him in his bouncer and put a particular baby sleep music video on YouTube that he drifts off to. It’s the screen time I’m worried about but it does seem to calm him down. Should I change this?
Has anyone got through the early 5am wakings? What did you do? Nothing I'm trying is working. Earlier andlater bedtimes, shortening naps, extending wake windows / shortening wake windows. Nothing can get her sleep past 5 30am she has woke up crying and tired but can't get back to sleep. I need help

Trying to see if I can make night sleep better
Tonight is the 2nd night (not in a row) that I’ve heard one of my twins weeping in her sleep. Like she’s crying in a dream but not in real life. I know it’s possible for adults but never heard of it with infants nor have I experienced it with my son or my other twin. Idk if I should be concerned???
