Has anyone else’s toddler suddenly become really fussy with their food? She has never been a fan of “typical lunches” but now she is refusing a lot of foods she would eat regularly. Any tips?

Feel so guilty but i keep giving my son kids microwave meals instead of freshly made. Ive checked and they’re healthy ones with lots of veggies in them, but just feel guilty! My son doesn’t seem to enjoy the meals i cook fresh either. Anyone else do the same?
