A mixture. She loves rice pudding and yoghurt and will eat buckets of it so I always offer this if she hasn't eaten too much of her finger foods. It's good for getting practising with a spoon as well x
Both for us too. Breakfast is either porridge or toast. Lunch is either a sandwich or a pouch. Dinner is either what we have or more often a pouch because he eats earlier than us. He eats a lot of fruit now and also has melty puffs as snacks
My boy has Real food (BLW)… only has Ella’s fruit pouches and melty sticks. Veggie straw crisp - Greek yogurt. Hates anything porridge/gy like now - so breakfast can be struggle sometimes 😭 😂
We’ve done blw from 6 months so she just has ‘real’ food. She wouldn’t ever entertain a pouch or puree
We're on "real" food too, however, little man is currently ill and the only food I can get in him is the 6m pouches as he has a sore throat/cold. Guess it's like the equivalent of baby soup 😅 once he's better though we'll be back on "real" food again x
Both
A mixture of both, he started nursery this week and has more ‘real’ food there which has helped
We’re still doing a bit of both but pureed is more like mash with chunks x
