My little girl has been the same and tbh I stopped her from watching cocomelon … she never has much screen time at all but when she did she loved this but I noticed Jj says no to a lot and she was picking up on it. She wouldn’t brush her teeth etc 1 week later no cocomelon and the no no has stopped
I constantly get "Yes?" Do you want red or yellow shoes - yes? Are you going to pull the dogs tail if I take you out of time out? - yes? Do you want peas (his favourite)- yes?, then proceeds to throw them in his water
@Zoey ahhh yeah the options it use to work .. then I stopped and now I just get no to absolutely everything I say I'll try the options again thanks for reminding me 😅 He's in a phase of shoes n socks off at the moment anywhere we stop so that's been interesting in the middle of Asda food shop 😂

@Karley we were at the dollarstore and I had picked him up because he was pulling everything off the shelves. He was crying to get down and I asked "if mama let's you down are you going to touch the things on the shelves" "Yes?" Then you hear a guy laughing in the next aisle "wrong answer buddy"
Love these little people testing boundaries and their independence. Trying giving him 2 options instead. Which coat do you want e.g red or blue today? Find helps even brushing teeth. I ask LB is he brushing his teeth or mummy ? Although I do have a go too. All about picking your battles. If takes coat off then natural consequence is that they will get cold but we can put coat on when say they are cold.
