Just keep offering all kinds of different food. My LO is in the phase of daily preference changes lol. One day he will eat something with eagerness and the next day he wants nothing to do with it. At this age they are just starting to have preferences and just don't feel like eating particular foods on certain days just like sometimes we might normally eat something but just aren't in the mood for it today. As long as my little one finds something on his plates he will eat that day, I take it as a win and try to make extras or trade with him from my plate to get more in him. We definitely have days where all he wants is snacky food and that's okay too. You are doing great mama, toddlers are hard! ❤️

Will he eat noodles with different sauces? I add so many veggies to all kinds of sauces and it helps get some extra servings in. I've also switched over to alternative noodles like chickpea to add extra protein I also do A LOT of dips. So ketchup, mustard, yogurt, cottage cheese etc and it is a fun way for them to explore new things. I put at least one food I know my LG will eat and try to offer something new, whether it's in a new preparation from before or just a new food. And when all else fails I take it and start to eat and it magically becomes wanted again 🤣

Pasta is literally a good group for kiddos. Just try and hide some veggies in waffles. Sauces. Etc.
