Bite sized lunches?

My little girl only will eat bite sized pieces of food now rather than long sticks but I’m struggling to think of foods I can cut up to bite sized for when we’re out & about… I know I can do toast, egg etc but any other ideas? I can’t really prepare a banana as it will go funny by the time she eats it!

Chopped cucumber, chopped cherry tomatoes, strawberries etc and then sandwich in bite sized pieces. We also do pancakes or fritters in bite sized pieces too. My boy is like this at moment as he’s teething so badly 😢

We do savoury scones for an on-the-go lunch. My girl doesn’t like bread/sandwich type lunches yet, she prefers hot food, but I’ve found savoury scones to be a good middle ground. This week we’ve got cheese and brocolli baked into them. For banana can you not just let her bite pieces off?

@Poppy have you got a recipe for your savoury scones? They sound so good!

@Sophie https://www.food.com/recipe/easy-cheese-scones-in-a-hurry-29817 the simplest scone recipe ever. All done in one bowl and doesn’t need cutters you just portion it onto trays with a spoon. Also cook well in an air fryer. I just add in whatever other ingredients I want to add flavour. I’ve done spring onion and sour cream dip added to it (added a bit more flour to stop it getting too wet), cheese and brocolli, tomato and Parmesan. Next week I am going to try adding in some tuna

@Poppy thank you so much! Such a good idea. Always on the look out for more lunch ideas 😊
