Has anyone done any meal prep / stocking the cupboard for snacks for the first few weeks after baby arrives? I’ve got the usual lasagne, spaghetti bols etc ready to prep. I am just finding it hard as I don’t eat any meat except beef 🙈 Any ideas including sweet and savoury would be good 😋

What are people sending with their babies for lunch at nursery? I did pouches for the first few sessions as it was easier but don’t want to do this all the time. I was thinking of making some pasta dishes with different snacks. Can babies have sandwiches yet? Any other ideas? Thank you

My baby is so ready to start eating something lol he always stares at me when I eat. Grabs food from my hands and being to his mouth.. he salivates when I eat lol he is 5 month old ( 29/04/24).. he is exclusively breastfed. Did you start around the same age? Or should I wait a bit? On top of 3 full meals & 2 snacks a day my son is still doing 30ish ounces a day of milk.

My little boy started nursery last month and will not eat the meals they’re offering even though it’s what he has at home. He’ll eat the snacks (fruit, breadsticks and rice cakes) and will either have 2/3 mouthfuls of the meals or nothing at all. He’s eating completely fine at home which is what I don’t understand.

I don't think I need to size up, as I have tried and he cannot take it, all flows out and he struggles with it. But he currently seems disinterested, turning his head away, but screams for it a little while later. It's like he doesn't know what he wants
