Is it okay to offer baby this?

My baby love love love the Ella’s kitchen pouches, she has it once per day. Mainly the meat and veggies pouches. I feel bad as it’s store bought even though it says organic. But she loves it so much 🥹 is it okay to keep giving it to her on a daily basis? For lunch only.

i give my son the fruits one 1 or 2 times a day, he’s 9 months

To be honest I feel like it's fine. I get they're not recommended but they're soooo much easier than making your own food all the time. We do about half store bought stuff at the moment, half home made

I think so! The ingredients are really good nowadays and it gives baby more variety and makes our lives easier- once a day I either give my baby one of the fruit and greek yoghurt pouches or add the fruit or veg to her weetabix or porridge too

There’s no nasties in them, it’s all good ingredients - I was told they just lose some but not all nutrients, due to the treatment process that makes them last longer. Don’t feel guilty about it if it’s what works for you!

I give my twins store bought food a lot of the time! As others have said the veg is organic, I can’t afford organic when I make them food myself! Sometimes we just don’t have time/can’t face making them tea from scratch. I think I need to try to batch cook more!

My girl has at least one a day! I wouldn’t worry! It’s what my mum fed me from a jar when I was little!

Please don't feel bad, I was the same but soon realised that if your baby is happy and healthy then there is nothing wrong with it. We are going away soon and there is noway I can cook 3 meals aday so I'll be taking pouches with me. The best thing is he can feed himself and sucks it all out so less hassle for me.

@Jalpa how did you teach him to suck the pouches? My lg doesn’t seem to get it, I want her to use a straw cup too x

My little boy has two pouches a day some times, especially on days when he goes to nursery, he’s 9 months old. It’s absolutely fine don’t worry ❤️
