Dinner recommendations please

Little one is 10 months. We do a mix of me feeding her and her eating finger foods. In the evenings I tend to feed her so it’s quicker as have lots of other things to do. Means we’ve got stuck in a rut of using pouches because it’s quick and easy. She’s not the best with things that need lots of chewing/big lumps etc. Or if there’s not much sauce she struggles. Looking for quick simple dinner ideas that I can feed to her that I could batch cook and freeze? Finding it so hard 😫

It’s so hard to think of ideas isn’t it! I find TikTok really helpful for meal ideas. I’ve been making salmon cream cheese orzo, with broccoli, peas and spinach. You can batch cook in advance, blend to your daughter’s preferred texture and then freeze in large ice cube trays and then de-frost a cube during the day ☺️

@Harriet she eats quite a bit portion wise it’s just the actual consistency we have trouble with. I’ve been trying to move away from blending things because I’m aware she needs to learn to chew etc. it’s so difficult isn’t it though 😂

I do a lot of batch cooking for my lo he has recently decided he doesn't like chewing though 🙄 lazy boy that he is. I do crustless quiches in a muffin tin with whatever veggies I have in the fridge and once cooked and cooled freeze they can be eaten cold or microwaved. Also veggies with bulgur wheat and a tomato based sauce you can make as saucy as you like again zap in microwave when ready. Curries are good too meat or veggie or lentil ones you can even cook and freeze the rice in little portions aswell. Pasta dishes are easy to freeze as well and for when you have a little more time you could make puff pastry pin wheels don't cook just make up and freeze then 20 mins ISH in the oven. Just a few ideas for you but I tend to good BLW recipes and there are a lot of batch cooking and freeze recipes that come up.

Sorry I tend to Google BLW recipes haha not good
