I'm looking to get a clearer picture of what's acceptable. I've known people what all of these options, and I just don't know what's too little or too much.

Solids

So my daughter is gonna be a year on Halloween and sheā€™s started refusing purĆ©es and eating them less and less. I think sheā€™s ready for solids but Iā€™m absolutely terrified of something going wrong and her choking. How did yall do with transitioning to solids? Any advice helps because my anxiety is driving me crazy.
