My son only likes green beans

I've introduced every fruit, yogurt, grain, cereal, vegetable under the sun. He likes frozen avacado but it's always sold out. He eats 90% green beans puree and canned green beans lol I offer so much every meal and if I just don't include green beans he fusses for them 😅 he doesn't like fruit ANYTHING and will sometimes eat pasta/ eggs/ potato. I'm sure he won't stay so picky it's just funny.

My pediatrician recommended even if my son doesn’t like it keep trying it their taste buds are constantly changing

Maybe you can buy fresh avocado and then dice it and freeze it! I also like to sprinkle hemp seed into my daughter’s food because it adds protein and so much other good stuff so maybe you could try adding some to his green beans? When he eats pasta I would try boiling the noodles in bone broth which will add some nutritional value to it as well. Good luck!

Well you got his nick name “green bean or bean” lol

Yes- I was told to try the same food 15x if they don’t like it and then decide it’s really a food they dislike.

Yeah he gets a variety of things, green beans are just the go to particularly for a quick snack but he's getting better with fish sticks, people food, and he'll eagerly try anything he sees us eating lol

Omg same with my son!! He only will eat sweet potatoes with every meal haha if it doesn’t have sweet potatoes or carrots he won’t eat it. He doesn’t like anything else and I feel so bad because his food pallet is so bland but that’s all he eats.😭
