Need soup ideas!

Pre-conception Blood Tests

Hiya all, I’m 35 years old and I’ll start trying to conceive in 2.5 months. Have anyone been able to do pre-conception blood tests (colesterol, vitamins, etc) on NHS? I’d like to know if everything is ok and start taking supplements if needed. Any insights are much appreciated!

Chicken that's "cleaned" or soaked in vinegar is actually disgusting

It changes the taste and texture of the chicken and it's gross. My MIL does this and I just can't eat the chicken she does it to, the texture of the meat is awful afterwards.
