@Jessica gotta find a liquid one! They’re rated for 1-3 year olds. I’ve found them at superstore or on Amazon. @Pooja I’ve tried a few different brands. The enfamil one, one called pedia-vit (found at superstore) and one from ‘all moms’ from Amazon. Pretty sure the ingredients have been pretty similar with the first two brands but we’ve been using them every winter and I swear it helps keep sickness low and quick in our house. The all moms one does seem to have a couple more vitamins including zinc.

As far as I’ve found every multivitamin seems to be for ages 4 and up
