Hi! I would highly consider it 🥹

I did pole plus aerial hoop for many years and can 100% not praise these art forms enough! Its super easy to start, no size or skill restrictions, you get super strong incredibly fast, its absolutely beautiful, and it can completely change your self confidence for the better. I’d definitely recommend finding a good studio to learn safety and the basics. Plus in most studios it’s a very friendly, body positive and loving environment. Might even make some new besties!

Absolutely loved poling! Unfortunately our home is too small and there's no place for it 😭

@Victoria absolutely! I teach safety precautions from day 1 forward. I’ve officially started teaching virtually for my polers in other states. Ariel is also my fav haha! It’s soo beautiful!
