@Kate, Lava is an awesome program!! Finished that at 32 weeks pregnant. Currently doing 10 Rounds (34 weeks). Can’t wait for 4 weeks of Focus!! 💪😎❤️

I love burpee girl. I feel like her workout are so much fun. I was in a calorie deficit for maybe like a month or so and doing her workout 3-5 times a week and lost about 10lbs. Just getting back into the swing of things after getting really sick a few months ago.
Hi! Remember weigh loss starts and ends in the kitchen ! But to aid tone up and with energy levels , flaccid skin, extra calories burning ect try getting couple dumbbells at home if possible . I work out at a gym but my husband does at home workouts sometimes . Follow Oliver Sjostrom on YouTube ! He’s got great FREE HIIT workouts without any equipment from home 🙂
