Postpartum hair loss

Have any of you experienced any postpartum hair loss yet? Baby is 8 weeks old and I haven’t lost any yet. Is it wishful thinking to hope I’ve missed out on it?

Struggling - FTM

I’m a first time mom and adjusting has been significantly hard. My LO was born 3 weeks ago and I’m so happy she’s here, but I’m exhausted and overwhelmed. We have also just moved into a new place and my partner has started a new job. I didn’t think I would feel so alone and sad some days. And the constant feeling ...

Baby dropped

How soon after baby dropped did everyone give birth? I'm currently 35 weeks and intense hip pressure and dull back pains. I definitely don't like how my tummy looks but I don't think she can drop Amy lower. I also did have weight loss surgery 2 years ago so I do have extra skin I'm embarrassed.

My daughter is turning two next week and I feel like she’s turned into the terrible 2s early. I’m a mom with no village and husband works till late night. I’m on my own and I’m struggling with managing even my emotions..

I feel shit for telling her stop or no or even showing my angry face. She starts crying saying ‘happy, happy!’ Meaning like mom don’t be angry please. It breaks my heart but I’m also not handling it well and it’s so hard to be kind all the time. I grew up with a violent dad and I’ve seen violence all my life. My tem...

Postpartum Hairloss?

My go to hair style is just a slick back pony since I’m always going on walks with 4m baby but last week I realized I’m starting to lose hair and it is SO noticeable to me 😭 it’s like I’m balding and my hair has never been SO THIN. Please tell me this grows back! I don’t remember how it was with my first pregnancy…

Crying (errrr not crying?)

I’m typically a relatively emotional person I cry at normal things or from being overwhelmed or overstimulated - idk, normal things. However I’m 32 weeks and i CANNOT cry. I feel like a good cry would make me feel better some days - just being uncomfortable and what not - but i literally just cannot get a single ...

2nd baby, stronger bond, mom guilt 😔

Please no nasty comments. I already feel shitty about this. I'm a mom of 2. My 1st beautiful baby is now 4 years old. As a baby she was very difficult to please, cried a lot, was extremely hard work which was borderline depressing. I felt I didn't have much of a bond. Now at 4, I still struggle slightly to find that...

This might sound bad.

I have sensory issues with smells. Prime issues being strong perfumes and cigarette smoke. A relative came to visit today and had a huge amount of perfume on (like my living smelt like I had walked in to lush). I have been querying how I address being like if you smoke or wear strong perfumes you won't be holding ...

To share the news or not 🤐

Hello everyone! I had a miscarriage in June, my husband and I were devastated. We decided to continue trying without getting our hopes up. Well, two days ago I tested positive. What helps you snap out of an anxiety episode?

Hi mommas, I’m 20 weeks pregnant and dealing with a massive anxiety episode for the last 2 weeks. I feel like I’m constantly in the verge of a panic attack. I’m in therapy and taking medication but I’m still feeling stuck in the fear of fear loop. To those of you who’ve been there, what helped you break the cycle ...

Should I tell my psychiatrist?

Hi all. Idk what to do, I'm scared to tell her, scared she'll hospitalize me. I'm 3 months post partum. I love my baby so so so much, and absolutely would NEVER EVER do anything that could hurt my baby. However, when I get really really frustrated with my baby, as in they're tired and screaming from exhaustion but ...

Right now I’m just stressed out about life. First, my baby is 9 months and she’s no where near crawling or standing and I’m worried about development delays. Next, I wish I could go back to work but we can’t afford child care, don’t have anyone to help us and we don’t qualify for any assistance. I wish I could be mo...
