I know exactly what you mean. I still have it at 16 weeks pp 😩
Nerve damage from when they cut you open they had to cut nerves too. I was 18m PP from my first when I had my second and still had the numbness. It takes a while for it to go away- if it does go away. Some people never regain feeling there.
Numbness in the area of scar can last up to 6 months! 4 months it lasted for me. It will go away 😘
Yup, same thing happened to me. It's still that way 2 and a gakf yrs later
Totally normal lovely. I’m 1 year PP and still have weird sensations around my scar at times. Once you feel ready to and your scar is healed (which it probably has at 9w PP) you can start gentle scar massage to regain feeling around the area and to begin to break down scar tissue. X
The nerves have been damaged I felt tingly in some areas numb in others but it's slowly all back to normal now nearly 6 months later
