My daughter has bipolar and an eating disorder! I’m so exhausted mentally! Any other mommas know the feeling?!?! Any tips! Any suggestions!!!!

My 15 year old has bipolar 1 with anorexia. How do you handle it?
They are med compliant and we haven’t had an inpatient stay in year so we are actually doing really well right now. There has been many tough times though. We just deal with it. Because we have to. I have my own therapist.
