Don’t know how I’m going to get through tonight.

My baby has been ill for 6 weeks now. The latest things being Covid and croup. Long story short, the last 6 weeks have massively set her back in terms of sleep. Both quantity and quality but biggest impact on me / us is she will no longer self settle and relies on rocking, every nap, every bedtime and every wake up...

SLEEP!!!

AHHHH. My 16mo has always been a good sleeper. Until recently! He’s taking upwards of half an hour to an hour to go to sleep. Chatting, playing, jumping in his cot. I’ve tried EVERYTHING. He’s on one nap, usually goes to sleep within 15 mins for his nap. Follow wake windows, even extended his last wake window to ...

Breastfeeding mamas

My baby will not nap for more than 5/10 minutes unless he’s on me. At night I get him to sleep breastfeeding and he’s waking up on average 4 times a night for a feed/comfort. Any advice on how to help him nap without me and less comfort feeds at night would be GREATLY appreciated. From a confused and tired ma🤍

How to navigate later than normal nights

So my little one is 5 months at the end of this week and we are very fortunate that we have a baby who sleeps very very well at night time (12 hours), she has a very solid night time routine of bath at 6.30pm and bed at 7pm. Up until now any evening events we've kind of avoided taking her to, just from fear that one...

Absolutely exhausted

Ladies this sleep thing is sooo tough! I hear so many mothers who have babies that sleep through the night but it’s just not happening over here. We are on about 4+ wake ups a night where she wants to use me as a pacifier before falling back to sleep. God give me strength because I’m running on nothing atm😂😂

Pooping through the night

Looking for some advice, please. My 14m old has recently started to poop through the night to the point she has soaked through and needs a bath. We’ve had to throw so many vests and pjs away. She’s not waking when she does it but i don’t understand why it’s happening, she had a sickness bug two weeks ago but tha...

Bedtimes…

How do you feel about bedtimes? I have 2 kids and they have both got a strict bedtime, mainly cos I want the peace and quiet after being with them all day/weekend. I think it’s important kids get a proper nights sleep. It isn’t always straight forward and causes stress and upset some nights I will admit. My friend...

Does anyone else have to put their little ones to bed at 1830?

I feel like it’s way too early, but he gets so overtired if I don’t put him to bed at that time as he barely naps in the afternoons. This time next week it will technically be 1730 so really worried about what’s going to happen🙈

Downstairs Sleeping?

Our baby is currently only 11 days old but I’m wondering where he’ll sleep downstairs once he’s outgrown his moses basket as that’s what we currently have in the living room. I’ve seen that bouncers aren’t safe and don’t want to take him upstairs every time he needs a nap. Thanks!!

Naps

Sometimes my baby’s first nap he will sleep for 3 hours. I never know if that’s to much. I sometimes work from home and been taking advantage of his long naps but then idk if that’s to long. He use to wake up at 7 then take a 2 hour nap at 9. Wake up on his own. But now he’s been waking up at 8 and will either ...

If your little one doesn’t nap anymore do you put them to bed a lot earlier than what they would of to make up the day nap? My little girl has been battling naps for a few weeks and bed time has been taking ages so I think we are on the way to dropping the nap, we’ve had days where she doesn’t nap at all, today she...
