Going to Spain next week and I’m petrified my daughter is going to get poorly whilst we’re there and I’m looking for any sign of things wrong now which is making me worse. She sounded slightly chesty and has woken wingey (which isn’t like her, she sleeps 7-6) what do I do? Cancel and lose money and upset my other ch...
Anyone else’s toddler started waking up grumpy after their nap? Mine always used to wake up happy and is now grumpy sometimes for hours after her naps. Is it a phase? Or am I doing something wrong?

My 5mo is a great napper (well, as far as babies go). She naps fine in her pram or carrier and if we are at home it takes a bit of settling but she will sleep in her cot. However, bed time is starting to drive me mad. She cannot link sleep cycles so I'll put her down for the night and she'll do a 40 minute stretch ...

My baby has been ill for 6 weeks now. The latest things being Covid and croup. Long story short, the last 6 weeks have massively set her back in terms of sleep. AHHHH. My 16mo has always been a good sleeper. Until recently! He’s taking upwards of half an hour to an hour to go to sleep. Chatting, playing, jumping in his cot. I’ve tried EVERYTHING. He’s on one nap, usually goes to sleep within 15 mins for his nap. Follow wake windows, even extended his last wake window to ...
