Holiday

Going to Spain next week and I’m petrified my daughter is going to get poorly whilst we’re there and I’m looking for any sign of things wrong now which is making me worse. She sounded slightly chesty and has woken wingey (which isn’t like her, she sleeps 7-6) what do I do? Cancel and lose money and upset my other ch...

Waking up from naps miserable

Anyone else’s toddler started waking up grumpy after their nap? Mine always used to wake up happy and is now grumpy sometimes for hours after her naps. Is it a phase? Or am I doing something wrong?

Naps

Hello, first time mom here 👋 My son is 4 months old, a few weeks his sleep patterned changed. He went from sleeping in his pram of a day to only contact napping in the day, however he will sleep all night without hassle. Is there anything I can do to get him to let me put him down to sleep in the day? Every time I…

Combining sleepsack and duvet after 1yr

Our little one (13m) often gets cold, so we add blankets on top of his sleepsack. Do you think it's OK to use a toddler duvet instead?

I'm at my wits end with bedtime 😭

My 5mo is a great napper (well, as far as babies go). She naps fine in her pram or carrier and if we are at home it takes a bit of settling but she will sleep in her cot. However, bed time is starting to drive me mad. She cannot link sleep cycles so I'll put her down for the night and she'll do a 40 minute stretch ...

Normal or not?

Is it normal for baby to not sleep a wink after their vaccinations? Our 13 Week old had his 8 week vaccines late (today) and he's literally slept for all of half an hour all day. Tried getting him down for the night and he's just up being very upset and not sleeping 🫠😪

Don’t know how I’m going to get through tonight.

My baby has been ill for 6 weeks now. The latest things being Covid and croup. Long story short, the last 6 weeks have massively set her back in terms of sleep. Both quantity and quality but biggest impact on me / us is she will no longer self settle and relies on rocking, every nap, every bedtime and every wake up...

SLEEP!!!

AHHHH. My 16mo has always been a good sleeper. Until recently! He’s taking upwards of half an hour to an hour to go to sleep. Chatting, playing, jumping in his cot. I’ve tried EVERYTHING. He’s on one nap, usually goes to sleep within 15 mins for his nap. Follow wake windows, even extended his last wake window to ...

Breastfeeding mamas

My baby will not nap for more than 5/10 minutes unless he’s on me. At night I get him to sleep breastfeeding and he’s waking up on average 4 times a night for a feed/comfort.
