Pooping through the night

Looking for some advice, please. My 14m old has recently started to poop through the night to the point she has soaked through and needs a bath. We’ve had to throw so many vests and pjs away. She’s not waking when she does it but i don’t understand why it’s happening, she had a sickness bug two weeks ago but that lasted 24 hours. She is also teething her ‘fangs’ but it’s never effected her like this before. Any advice or insight is appreciated She’s also already in size 7 nappies which fit her perfectly - i am worried that the vest is causing pressure on the nappy but its too cold to not wear a nappy now.

My 14mo is also doing this and not sure why. It’s affecting his sleep sm x

@Olivia same with my girl. Had to shower her at 3:30 this morning then it took her an hour and a half to get back to sleep to then have to be up and at nursery for 7:30. I am exhausted - it’s not every night but its been 4/5 mornings out of the last 7😴 x

@Leolie aw bless you. It’s honestly so hard. I honestly do think maybe it’s teething related as my wee boy always seems off when he’s got another one coming through

@Olivia yeahh, i’m just a bit worried as she’s going maybe 6 times through the day now and usually she only goes twice maximum 3 times a day. Some are mucousy and acidic. I just don’t know if i should be contacting the GP but whenever i’ve done that in the past they’ve fobbed me off and she’s eating and drinking well and is full of life still in herself just a bit more clingy and irritable which again would suggest the teeth x

@Leolie yeah Leo’s are very mucousy/runny as well compared to usual. Maybe it is worth seeing the GP. I know they can be a bit useless sometimes tho. The amount of times I’ve been fobbed off by them is so so frustrating. But I think if your worried, go with your gut x

Yeah, gunna see how she is tomorrow and go from there because it will have been a week by that point and i know they say 7 days with a change in nappies x

I've not experienced it but I've read if you struggle with very early morning poos to avoid meat at tea time.. worth a try x

@Amy thank you!! She doesn’t actually have much meat tbh anyway, she’s not a massive fan if it’s not ‘hidden’ but thank you for the tip it’s useful to know x
