Can’t advise just moral support since we are in the same boat 😭 hoping it gets easier!

@sadia good luck!!! I think we’re both going to need it😅

Can’t help. My second daughter is 10 months now and never recovered from the 4 month sleep regression

Zipadee zip. I swear by it. My girl has been using it since 4-5 months old and has been sleeping through the night since then. She is 20 months now and still using it. It's quite expensive though, so try Vinted x

@Chloe oh my god!!

There’s not much you can do my love I’m afraid apart from strictly stick to routine if you have one, ask for help from people close to you for your sanity, it does pass and as little one gets older more will come but you will understand them better and know what to do xx

@Courtney thank you!! I read sticking to routine is best!! But the hardest part is my son’s bedtime is 9pm… he naps between 6:30pm/7pm to 9pm. He is now at the point that whatever we do he is refusing that nap wanting to stay awake until 9pm. By the time 9pm comes along he’s wrecked xx

I havent been through it yet but emma hubbard always has amazing advice on youtube. She is well educated on child development and has three kids as well i think.

@Elle gosh I get it I do! But even if he isn’t accepting the nap definitely still keep trying keep everything the same just to reinforce that he goes to sleep at that time for his nap, so he re familiarises himself with it ready for when he snaps out his regression 🥰 I don’t know what your routine to get him to nap is but maybe if in a few days/ a week he’s still refusing the nap maybe try adjust the time slightly (15 mins at a time) or could always add another step for example a baby massage after his bath. I really hope he starts napping again for you soon mama! You’re doing great, stay strong the storm will pass 🫶xx
