Naps and routine

My 5 and a half month little girls was sleeping great down at 7 woke at seven now she’s up multiple times at night and waking at 6am her naps are all over the place and then this effects her feeding. Also feeding was going good taking 6oz bottles most she’s ever done now lucky to get 3oz and she pulls my hair or my husbands beard or her own hair and it’s just so hard any tips

I haven’t got any advice but I’m going through the same thing with my little girl 😔 gone from sleeping all night to tossing and turning and waking multiple times in the space of a couple days Hopefully it’s just a rough patch for us!

Same. But i learned that there is a 6mo regression. Not all babies get it but most do. Its where they become more aware of their surroundings and noise and some have a particularly big growth spurt. We've been the same now for 7 days. She would have 3 naps and sleep from 8pm to 4.30am before she'd wake for a feed. Now its all over the shop. Wont nap, down at 8, up at 9. Up at 11. Hopefully it only lasts 2 weeks. I dont think I have much more than that in me.

I don’t know too much about it, but I read last night on the Wonder Weeks app that my little boy will be entering Leap 5 this week (he’s 23 weeks old this week). I’ve definitely noticed a difference in him overnight and he was up several times and just refused his morning nap. Time for me to read up on his next fussy phase so I don’t go totally crazy xx

There is 10 leaps they go through and around 5 months is the 5th leap so it could possible be the fussy faise ? It can be from a week to 4 weeks, but again every baby is different and this is just a rough guidance from the wonder app!! My LO turns 6 months on the 24th yesterday was her first night without waking again after 3 ISH weeks. I started to stroke her head ten mins before expected to wake up and this was meant to reset their sleep cycle if you stroke them enough to make them startle a little in their sleep without waking, I done this for a week before I notice it working and then it helped me lengthen naps to lengthen wake windows to help ATTEMPT to get a routine which still is being figured but more established than 3 weeks ago xxxx
