Wake window in the night
My baby has started the last 4 nights waking 40/50 minutes after going down and usually when she's done this in the past as soon as I pick her up she falls back asleep in my arms and goes back down but the last 4 nights she's hysterical, does a 3/4 hour wake window despite being knackered and then goes back down for the night. It's killing us all, does anyone know how to fix it😅

@Shannon she's done it for 4 nights and we're just at a loss. My husband thinks it's behavioural where as I'm thinking maybe 14 month sleep regression? She's so bloody tired during it too x
I feel for you, Just try and stick with a routine if you have one. I’m thinking definitely sleep regression. It was hard getting up for work this morning on hardly any sleep. Does she play up more with your husband or you?x
I’m going through this too. Currently been awake since 1am 😩 nothing will get him back to sleep

Omg this was me last night! My boy woke up at 9ish and didn’t go back down till just after midnight 😵💫 he had like a burst of energy and thought it was playtime 😅hoping tonight will be better
