Feeling awful

So there’s a lot going on lately and I’m feeling awful. First thing is I saw a Dr today who said I have a moderate prolapse after having my baby. I said I had one right at the start, no-one believed me but here we are. Feeling quite down about that. We decided that I’d complete my family first and then see what ca...

Well done to those of you that are able to leave yours to go to sleep by themselves (seriously seems like magic to me) but I have to be in the room until he falls asleep. So now that that’s taking almost two hours I ...

Newborn sleep anxiety

Our little one is 11 days old and the sleep anxiety is really getting to me! He sleeps relatively well in his crib, and can sometimes do a 2/3 hour stretch, but I spend half the time he’s asleep checking on him and worrying about him! I’m either tired because he didn’t sleep great, or tired because he’s sleeping too...

Everyone always telling me to sleep when the baby sleeps but that’s when I do the things I can’t do when I’m attending to her or that’s when I sit down for a bit to eat or whatever so I can’t ever nap in the day even though I’m only getting abou...
