I've read to delay their bedtimes by 15 mins leading upto it. But I'm not sure if this will make much difference as my boy goes down different times and still wakes around 7 most days!
I honestly have no idea it doesn’t matter what time she hopes to sleep she doesn’t sleep in any later if anything she then wakes up a million times 🙈 I guess I’m just hoping for the best 😅
