Restless legs

Anyone found a way to ease restless legs? Its a pregnancy symptom for me but I'm really struggling!

I’ve started taking magnesium glycinate which is slowly helping my sleep and restless legs. They are still there but it’s definitely calming down. I hope the longer I take it the more it improves. I take 280mg with dinner, my midwife said I could take up to 300mg. I’ve also heard tonic water is good for restless legs but I’ve not tried that yet

A hot water bottle on the legs sometimes helps a bit too!
