Velcro baby
My baby is 5 months and is the definition of a Velcro baby! Won’t nap in his pram, in his moses basket, in the car etc - never has so we have only ever contact napped. We also cosleep which is fine as it’s the only way we’ll survive but I’d like to be able to put him to bed and just have an hour downstairs to get jobs done/adult time. Any advice?

Sleep training. Only way I got my Velcro baby to slightly detach. A month later I can put him down after feed in his next to me and he self soothe to sleep. We still contact nap because it’s only way he will sleep for longer than 30 mins but I now atleast get few hrs in evening to get jobs done before he’s up for a feed again.
