Hi! Looking for some advice. My LG 6 months and I’ve been giving her puree once a day. I feel as though when you read online it’s a bit of a mine field and wondered whether I should increase the meals? Looking to see what everyone else is doing and how much solid food per day?

He will feed himself his favorites (yogurt, fruit, rice) with a spoon/fork just fine. He doesn’t like meat/veggies as much but will eat it if I fork it to him. If all we serve is meat/veggie, he simply won’t eat at all unless I feed him. I want him to be independent; but this results in him not getting as balanced diet
