How much does your baby eat?

If you have a pic please share or spoonfuls amount of things like rice etc Like what does a full meal look like? How do you gauge what’s enough? I don’t know if I’m doing this right. He is 11 months and breastfeeds before naps and bed so 3 times but it’s not like a full bottle. Should he be having mainly milk until after 1? I am not a smacker so it’s so hard for me to find good snacks for him along the day. He is dairy free? Any advice?

We don’t do specific amounts we just know she’s done when she starts not eating or throwing food. She eats a lot but we just heat or or put on her plate a lot of rice and meat which is usually what she eats

We did bottles before nap and before bed and then every 3-4 hours. If she didn’t eat before getting up for like 3 plus hours then we’d give a bottle when she gets up. But that was it. The rest we did breakfast and dinner for sure along with snacks

I breastfed too and yes your milk is primary versus food at this point. My son is 21 months old next week and eats constantly! Never sits still so he’s constantly eating and burning it off I measured based on his fist size. Their stomachs are about as big as their fist

I have mine baby purée by 4 months old by 11 he was eating a full pouch and like 4- 5 oz milk with the pouch
