Trying food first time freaking terrified

So far she’s eating cereals and baby purée I tried a slice of banana and give it to her she didn’t choke but she gagged and even tho it’s normal im completely terrified is there anything else to ease my mind ? She loves to eat and try new things im just not sure what to do to calm my anxiety

For those who can’t cook 😅 but are learning

I can’t cook but I want to learn but I have no idea where to start 😂 I can make pasta, freezer food and I can follow a recipe but I’m terrified of giving my child food poisoning (I have done this to myself in the past) did anyone learn to cook after having a baby? When and how did you start?

Quick fattening tips for kids lol

4 year old has been so poorly this weekend I had to like sit and spoon feed him pastina last night! In three days he’s had pastina with cod, a happy meal, half a protein bar, one biscuit, one ice cream and loads of nuts. He’s lost so much weight already ! Non meat household too

Anyone else’s child not interested in breakfast?

I’ve literally tried her with anything and everything, toast, porridge, snack bars, yogurts, fruit etc but she won’t eat breakfast at all! Has a bite and then it all ends up on on the floor🙃
