Vitamins

Due to hyperemesis I wasn't able to take any pre natal vitamins in my first trimester (none at all as I would throw them up right away). I'm 16+6 now and I've started taking vitamin D gummies but nothing else (I know, not good) but I'm not sure on which vitamins I should be taking in this time of pregnancy!

Gym buddy - David Lloyd’s Poole

I’m currently 12 weeks and just starting to get some energy back. I’d like l to start doing more gym sessions whilst I can, I’m nervous about the classes as I feel like that’s too much right now but some light cardio, weights and stretching feels achievable would anyone like to join me at David Lloyd’s Poole?

Pilates

Hi ladies, random question. For those who do or have done Pilates, I’d love to know if you enjoy it or not and why. I’m 7 months postpartum with my second and want to tone up all around. My stomach also feels so weak and could use more muscle again.

I was taught you always cook at home on Sunday. What did you guys eat for dinner tonight? Maybe it will give others ideas in the future. I made chicken lasagna.

Exercise

Hi ladies, I am 5+2. Generally feeling okay but cramping every now and then have a cold that won’t budge. I just wondered if continuing with my usual spin classes were okay? I go once or twice a week and wasn’t sure if was bad idea xx

Concern?

My son’s pediatrician gives us a paper of information and what not every appointment. One thing it said on it was breastfed babies need 400 IU of vitamin D drops. I didn’t start giving him it until 4 months. Is this a concern?

Postnatal vitamins???

Is everyone still taking their prenatal vitamins? It says to take them until you stop lactating. I EP but wanted to know if switching to a regular multivitamin will affect my supply?
